Spots are filling up fast for the Harris County Constable Precinct 7 Constable Citizen Academy! Constable Smokie Phillips is launching the Harris County Constable Precinct 7 Constable Citizen Academy (CCA) June 4th. This 9-week course, designed to connect, inform, and empower communities with information and resources, will focus on providing information on safety, patrol, programs and resources to Precinct 7 residents and community members. CCA will increase transparency on how the Harris County Constable Office Precinct 7 serves and protects communities and Houston-area residents.

The Constable Citizen Academy is open to all Harris County Precinct 7 residents and property owners on a first come, first serve basis. The Academy will meet every Thursday from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. starting June 4, 2026 and ending on July 30, 2026. Register now, only 10 spots left for this first session.
