What’s up HTX!

It has been a while since we posted here for our Facebook community. We hope that you are all blessed and doing well.

We are still serving at Holler Brewing Co. 5 days a week and over at Axelrad every first and third Friday of the month. Follow us on Insta and Tiktok (), and Twitter () to keep up with our daily grind!

We are currently working on launching an online store where you will be able to purchase merch, salsa, pre-ordered party packs, and so much more.

Last thing, we are launching our umbrella company, Breezeway Hospitality, in April of 2023 and brining back Bombero Fest Summer 23.

🚒 I don’t gotta say much because y’all know what day it is. 😋 TORTA THURSDAY. Served on a toasted bolillo bun, with premium skirt steak, refried black beans, melted cheese, salsa verde, Bombero crema, fresh lettuce, and tomatoes. Dis what it looks like on the inside. Your welcome. 😛
We are open today from 5:30-10pm/sellout with our friends . Grab some food and some delicious tank fresh beer. 🚒

Last thing, just want to address some of our current blessing/struggles. First, we have been getting hella busy. Putting out 100 plates + a night with just a 42in grill and 2 person team. It can get hectic. We try our best to be fast and efficient while maintaining the quality and consistency we are known for. So please stay with us during long waits. If you gotta go or have an issue, take it out with me, not our cashiers. 🙏🏽 Second, we received some negative feedback via our Square posi system from a guest. This guest said our food was over priced lol. Let me remind y’all that skirt steak is now the second highest priced cut besides tenderloin. The trend and demand for fajitas has driven prices exponentially higher since we started this business. For scope (wholesale) in 2017 we were buying at 3.19/lb, on Saturday the current price was 5.99/lb. So, we are actually offering a discounted price then what you would pay at Pappasitos or Ninfas. We are just a small guy in this market, and no one is forcing you to buy from us, so keep it to yourself next time you feel like giving us a hard time about anything. 🚒
