I think I’m finally understanding my ministry ✨

Sound has been healing me in ways I can’t fully explain. The crystal bowls, the tones I sing and let move through me… it quiets my mind, calms my nervous system, and brings me back to myself.🤍

It doesn’t just heal me, it flows out and touches everyone around me who receives it. So I give thanks for that.🙏🏽

And to make the journey even better, I’ve also been creating my own plant-based medicine… my mini Mother Magick chocolates 🍫✨🍄

They’ve been such a powerful addition for me. Whether it’s grounding my mornings, opening me up creatively, adding to my nature experiences, or just replacing alcohol while still enjoying the moment.🌼

I’m so grateful to be opening SoundisSanctuary, my new sound healing home.✨A space where I use my voice, vocal toning, crystal singing bowls, Tibetan bowls, and other sacred sound tools to create deep rest, safety, and nervous system regulation.🤍

Sound has held me these last few years through grief, transition, and major life shifts, and this Sunday I’m excited to open space to share this medicine with you.
