The job:
You’ll have the great pleasure of speaking to our client’s new and existing customers in order to ensure they’re getting the best experience possible, through problem-solving and helping them make the most out of their purchase. With the best training, you’ll become an expert on our client's brand and be able to engage, build rapport and retain customers which will increase our client's customer retention and sales figures.

• You have excellent communication skills
• Experience in dealing with customers and providing the highest level of service, experience in retention or customer complaints and objection handling is a plus
• High level is written and verbal English skills
• You enjoy learning and are enthusiastic about training and attending workshops
• Able to comfortably commute to Houston location

Full PAID training will be provided, alongside ongoing guidance and support at our Houston location.
