Wow, Archer Daniels Midland (ADM) fell out of bed.
It pays a 3.64% dividend .. solid company ADM isn't going anywhere.
This is where I like to enter on a stock if it's going to turn around, that's the question. It could go lower I haven't studied it yet my stock screener just spit it out. 🤔

Seeking knowledge about capital gains tax on farmland sales. Anyone who's sold a big tract or farm lately may know something I don't. My understanding is in TX cap gains rates are zero, fifteen and twenty percent pursuant to your yearly income. Outside a 1031 exchange, I know of no other ways to diminish or avoid cap gains tax unless you exchange for like kind property. 🤔
