As the first person of color to lead Girl Scouts of Greater Atlanta in its 100+ year history, Jai continues breaking barriers while empowering the next generation of leaders and changemakers. Prior to GSGATL, she served as Chief Commercial Revenue Officer for Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport, overseeing a commercial portfolio exceeding $1.5 billion annually at the busiest airport in the world.

From entertainment and media to business and community impact, Jai’s career has included leadership roles with BET Networks, CNN, WarnerMedia, and Major League Baseball. She is also an author, executive producer, and recognized leader honored by Atlanta Magazine’s Top 500 Leaders and U.S. Black Chambers POWER 50 Women of Influence.
