At the same time, we are proud to share that Julie Swann Coleman has stepped into the role of Chief Commercial Officer (Visionary). Julie has played a key role in driving our growth, strengthening client relationships, and elevating our brand in the marketplace.

With more than 25 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) leadership and fleet management, Jarrod brings a strong track record of building safe, compliant, and high-performing operations. A proud U.S. Navy veteran, Jarrod built the foundation of his leadership and work ethic during six years of honorable service before continuing his career in Texas.

Outside of work, Jarrod enjoys time on the golf course, relaxing with family, and keeping up with his three kids—and the family’s three energetic Goldendoodles.
