Last week’s VIP Mixer hosted by the National Association of Minority Contractors (NAMC) at Puttery was a true success.

The energy in the room made it clear, this was more than just an event, it was a space where real connections were built. From meaningful conversations to strategic introductions, it was a win for everyone in attendance.

It was especially great seeing and hearing from Mark Wi******er with the SBA. His insight, experience, and willingness to share knowledge continues to make a lasting impact.

The 30-second pitches were a standout moment, giving each business the opportunity to be seen, heard, and remembered. It made connecting intentional and efficient.

I truly enjoyed seeing both new and familiar faces, and I’m excited to be joining the Women in Construction committee. Looking forward to continuing to build, support, and elevate within this community.

Honored to celebrate a major milestone, Lana’s artwork was selected as a winning piece for the fourth year at the Fort Bend Rodeo. An incredible achievement that reflects both her talent and the cultural significance of her work.

It was especially meaningful to share this moment with Mollie Stevenson Jr., a true trailblazer in Western heritage. A cowgirl in every sense, she has been inducted into four Hall of Fames and continues to carry that legacy on her 200-acre ranch.

As the founder of the American Cowboy Museum, her work is dedicated to preserving and advancing the understanding of the multicultural history of the American West, ensuring the next generation recognizes the depth and diversity of this legacy.

Moments like these are powerful reminders of how art, culture, and history intersect. Grateful for the opportunity to stand alongside greatness and celebrate my artist.
