Located in College Station, TX, this 17,575 SQ FT build-to-suit office was designed to enhance both functionality and aesthetics. The two-story space features custom millwork, unique wall cladding, and an impressive lobby that highlights its modern design. The exterior boasts stucco and brick elevations with a wood frame, complemented by 38,000 SQ FT of parking.

GSD Construction played a critical role in the design-build process, ensuring a seamless collaboration with Hawkins Architecture. In addition to the building’s construction, GSD completed site preparation, including concrete paving and slab work, to ensure the project stayed on schedule and exceeded client expectations.
