It has been two weeks since I worked out. Life got really busy.

Today, I worked out in the gym at my job with a friend and then went to the track.

Feeling thankful for so many things today.

Coach Lorinda Cockrell came and walked with me today. Happy Labor Day.

I also met my goal of losing one pound a week. I actually lost 2 pounds. Yeah God!
