Do you ever stop to think about…

I knew at a very young age I wanted to be a musician, now I’m writing and directing strings for songs I wrote. I believe music can take us to places we may not or could not go otherwise. That’s why I do it.

I think it’s important to explore and wonder and appreciate and grasp at understanding what it’s all about.

It was a thrill putting this performance together. I wrote all the arrangements (except for “behind the reins” within two weeks.

Made some quick demo / rehearsal tracks for the other musicians to practice with. And then met them the day of.

We knocked these songs out in an hour and a half. No overdubs, no going back to fix anything. Just that live human approach. ;)
