Meet NewSpring young student artists at the Artist's Reception Thursday evening, September 19th! The exhibit features artwork from elementary and secondary student artists from the NewSpring after-school art program. Join us to celebrate their art and visit with students to learn about their personal masterpieces!

The students applied elements of art by studying great artists like Alexander Calder and Romero Britto this week!

NewSpring’s digital art class is a digital art class focusing on teaching young artists the fundamentals of creating art using digital tools like tablets, drawing software, and graphic design programs. The class begins with an introduction to the basics of digital art, including understanding layers, using brushes, and working with color palettes. As students become more comfortable with the software, they explore more advanced techniques like digital painting, illustration, character design, and even animation.
