We spent last weekend
activating Flow- A yoga event for a cause. We met some great people who are truly changing and contributing to the community. We had and lead a mindful Vinyasa flow. Their efforts were followed by an uptempo Sculpt yoga flow led by and the event concluded with an aerial display of Acroyoga by and .

On Nov. 17th, our participants were able to experience a full F45 Training EaDo Houston workout, that was followed up with a unique yoga flow! After the event, attendees enjoyed goods from our vendors Thunderbird Bar, Sway Water, Nekter Juice Bar, and Athleta's pop up store!
Part of the proceeds from this event went to the National Alliance on Mental Illness, whose purpose is to advocate for and provide education on mental health.
