⚠️⚠️ PUBLIC ANNOUNCEMENT:
Every single person I have helped recover their hacked Facebook account have NOT had 2-Factor Authentication enabled on their personal account.

If you do not want to get hacked and lose access to your personal and business accounts ENABLE TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION TODAY!!!

Here is how you do it on your mobile phone:

👉 Go to your personal profile
👉 Tap Menu (bottom right - with your profile image)
👉 Tap Wheel at top right of the menu page ⚙️
👉 Tap Meta Accounts Centre
👉 Scroll down and tap on Password and Security
👉 Tap on Two-factor authentication & select account

⚠️ Facebook will guide you through what you need to do, but I HIGHLY RECOMMEND you use an Authenticator App and not your mobile number as your Two-Factor authenticator. I personally use 2FAS Auth and Google Authenticator, but there are many to choose from - you will need to download an Authenticator App on your mobile device, if you do not have one already.

Using a 2FA App will help secure your account because if anyone hacks into your Facebook profile they will need a secondary access code (your 2FA app code) to get in and you will be notified by Facebook that someone is trying to access your account. NEVER give this 2FA number to anyone - especially if you get a text or a message from someone that asks for this number - it is 100% an attempted hack.
