As a kid, I was told that men don't show emotions. It was all about being tough and playing through pain. As a provider, protector, hunter and gatherer you are looked to for the answers and to not be shook when everyone else is shaken. That is a pressure most people will never understand. Safe spaces are needed more than ever these days. To my brothers out there, seek help if you get tired. We need you here fighting the good fight because we are losing.
