Before television rocked our world, Morris Waxler held the reins of a horse-drawn milk wagon rolling along the streets of Chicago’s Jewish neighborhoods.

Nearly a century later, the memory still makes him smile. For Waxler, who turned 100 on Friday, June 26, that childhood scene is one of countless memories from a life that has stretched from the age of iceboxes to the internet.
