In between commercial deals, I love helping people find their perfect new build home.

In April of last year, they wanted me to list their home in Katy. At that time, they received an offer from a third party company well over market value. I advised them to take it because there was no way I could list it that high. They did.

We looked at a few resale homes but they weren't comfortable with paying $30-$40k over market value and I advised them not to since these homes weren't their "dream" home.

I knew that homes started pre-selling in Sunterra, the blue lagoon community in Katy. We found the perfect home that checked off all their boxes and within budget. We went under contract before the developer even broke ground. 😉

I recommended they have a 3-phase inspection and sure enough, the inspector found something at each inspection for the builder to fix.

Fast forward to today and they're finally getting the keys to their dream home. I'm so excited for them and feel blessed that they chose to me to go in this journey with them!!
