Another one handled. Customer had active DPF outlet pressure sensor fault causing check engine light and aftertreatment issues. Diagnosed failed DPF pressure sensor, replaced with new Cummins sensor, cleared faults, and verified proper operation.

Also logged into PACCAR online portal to retrieve OEM idle shutdown password, then programmed idle shutdown settings through Cummins INSITE per customer request.

Check engine complaint traced to crankshaft position sensor circuit failure. Found bad sensor along with damaged connector wiring. Repaired harness with new pigtail, replaced sensor, and cleared codes through Insite.

Misfire issue diagnosed to cylinder #3 injector. Installed replacement injector and found trim codes were not set in the ECM. Retrieved correct codes through Cummins QuickServe and programmed all cylinders properly.
