"I don't know if I can do 33% on any of my properties at the moment but will keep it in mind for future reference. What makes you guys different from say Vacasa that's charging 25% or Evolve that does 10%?"
Our response:
I'm not a massive company trying to automate 1,000 listings. I'm one woman with a great team and a handful of listings, so I have the bandwidth to give your properties the attention and management they need beyond just "hosting."
This isn't co-hosting, this is complete hands-off short term rental property and guest management. We do absolutely everything for you.
Those big companies are not going to visit your property weekly and take out trash cans (and in the next day no way, they let them sit all week for neighbors to complain), put out balloons for birthday guests, or overall care about your asset/guests as much as I do with my clients. I also try to fly under the radar with my homes in HOAs.
I know you don't know me from Eve, but in this overly saturated market, I strive to go above and beyond for my clients. I don't want to be mistaken for arrogance, but there are too many bad property managers in Houston, and I know I'm not one, and still making a name for myself, so I charge accordingly to attract great clients, the same way I don't book $99/night guests that trash your house like a motel.
