If we were standing on the edge of a mile long lake, and I told you on the other side was peace, love, fortune and everything you’ve ever wanted in life would you swim? The water represents ptsd, depression, anxiety, addiction and failed relationships. I did, and although I’m not wear I want to be, when you’re mental health is strong nothing can stop you.
