Working on some new things. Trying to harvest wild clay to see how I can use it.

Working on mugs with logos and trying to have enough inventory for my first market. My goal is to do my first market by December.

From nothing to something, the more I work with clay the more I start to realize it can be perceived as a metaphor for life.

Clay starts as materials from the earth. It's smashed, squeezed and worked into a shape. Then it's dried out and heated 2000 degrees.

Apply some glaze ingredients and throw it back in for another 2000 degrees only then will it become a work of art.

Just as in life, enduring stress can produce beautiful things in it's aftermath.
