We are so excited to present our first completed project! It's been quite the journey, but we are so proud of the transformation. What do you think??

We have been so busy I haven't had the chance to catch everybody up on project #2 - Rampart! I am particularly excited about this one. In an area of Houston called Meyerland and it has become super popular because of it's proximity to downtown and the sizes of the lots. Houston is pretty crowded and space comes at a premium! This neighborhood was built in the 1950s and was full of very wide, sprawling single story homes, which is why a lot of people are tearing down even decent homes to build mega-mansions. It means it is a great area to be in and people are willing to pay for it! Bright Horizon Realty Development Division isn't quite there yet, but we are going to do what we do best and open this badboy up! Light and bright! Rinse and repeat. Project Rampart!
