We're looking for a highly organized, proactive Project Coordinator to support the rollout of a new Electronic Health Records (EHR) system across multiple healthcare offices. You’ll help track progress, coordinate with teams, manage documentation, and ensure training tasks are completed on time.

🔹 Responsibilities:
• Coordinate EHR rollout tasks across multiple locations
• Track deadlines, training completion, and project progress
• Maintain organized spreadsheets & documentation
• Follow up with team members to ensure tasks are completed
• Communicate updates between internal teams & external partners

🔸 Requirements:
• Experience with healthcare, EMR/EHR, or medical admin (preferred)
• Strong communication & task follow-up skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and a quick learner
• Google Drive/Sheets proficiency
• Basic video editing skills (simple cuts or adding audio)

🕒 Schedule: Full-time | Monday–Friday | 8 AM–5 PM EST
💵 Rate: $6–$8/hr
