Registration for the 2026 Community Environmental Leadership Program (CELP) at the Bullard Center for Environmental and Climate Justice is now open!

Grassroots leaders from fence line communities across Texas will gain hands-on training in environmental and climate justice, air, water, and soil pollution, community advocacy, environmental research, and digital storytelling.

CELP is equipping community leaders with the knowledge, tools, and skills needed to protect their neighborhoods, amplify community voices, and drive meaningful change. The next generation of environmental justice leaders starts here.
