We regularly post about our hose types being used in high pressure water blasting and oil and gas applications, but general hydraulic applications within several markets such as aerospace, defense, and automotive is also an application that our hose types are used in daily around the world.

We are preparing to ship over 300 assemblies of the 4/2 hose type shown here, which is a 4mm ID hose with a working pressure of 17,400 psi. These assemblies are used as “whip” assemblies on a unique high pressure hydraulic system. We have provided thousands of this, and other assemblies like it over the years. There are several out of the ordinary requirements that go along with supplying these custom assemblies that let our internal processes, procedures, and people shine brightest.

High Volume Water + High Pressure Water = Powerfully Efficient Cleaning

This 700 FT continuous length of hose type 20/4 will soon be in use for a hydro blasting project where it will be DEPLOYED APPROX 550 FT to clean inground piping. The hose type 20/4 is a 3/4" ID hose with a working pressure of 15,000 PSI and is being used in this application for the required cleaning depth and considerations of volume and pressure drop.

BONUS: The continuous length came from on-hand inventory at our Houston, TX location. From the time it was ordered to shipping was LESS THAN a week. In that short time our team assembled the hosed, crimped, tested, put it on a reel and packaged it to meet the need of the customer. Boom!🧨
