We are looking for friendly, yet highly motivated individuals to both maintain & develop new business relationships in the Houston area using our proven methods. This is not a cold-calling type job.

The Business Development Representative builds relationships and brand awareness for CWF Restoration with business owners so that when they need our services, we’re the ones they call. The most important characteristics of the Business Development Representative are personality, tenacity, and a keen understanding of how to properly establish rapport. First impressions and follow-through are what make a Business Development Representative successful.

What’s the job?

-Deliver branded marketing material & establish business relationships along an established route in the field
-Take notes as to each client's preferences & preferred method of contact
-Be able to present our referral rewards & program at either breakfast or lunch presentations
-Work together with management on how to best stand apart from the crowd when marketing
-Track progress and submit daily and weekly activity reports of varying levels of detail
-Drive traffic as well as participate in marketing events

What should you bring to the table?

-1-2 years of experience is preferred but not required
-Must be likable with charisma!
-Must be self-motivated
-High level of attention to detail
-Must possess a valid driver’s license
