GPI acquired The Re*****on in June 2021. It is an 18 building, 1985 built, 200-unit garden apartment community located in the heart of Killeen, Texas. Prominently positioned along Twin Creek Drive, The Re*****on is situated just north of Highway 190 and Interstate Highway 14, at the forefront of recent and on-going commercial growth and development.
