Titan Commercial welcomes our 2026 Summer Industrial Intern, Horatio Brooks.

Horatio is a recent graduate of Abilene Christian University, where he earned a degree in Political Science with a minor in Business Administration. While at ACU, he competed as an NCAA Division I Track & Field student-athlete and studied abroad at the University of Oxford. Through his academic experiences and internships, he developed a strong interest in commercial real estate. This fall, Horatio will begin the Master of Real Estate program at Texas A&M University, with plans to pursue a career in commercial real estate development, Brokerage, or Investment.

Titan welcomes our newest Vice President, Marti Grizzle.

Marti is a Vice President at Titan Commercial focusing on industrial and landlord representation. She brings over seven years of commercial real estate experience and a background in mechanical engineering to her work, with a track record that includes more than $325 million in closed transactions and management of a 2M+ SF portfolio.

Marti has been recognized multiple times as a HOLBA Rising Star Finalist (2021, 2023, 2024), received the CoStar Impact Award for Best Lease in 2022, and was named HOLBA Deal of the Year in 2021.

Born and raised in Houston, TX, she graduated from Texas A&M and now resides in Houston. When not working, Marti enjoys attending sporting events, clay shooting, traveling the world, the Houston foodie scene, and spending time outdoors with her goldendoodle, Oliver.
