64 years ago, Ray Kroc stopped thinking of McDonald’s as a burger company and started seeing it as a land company. That one reframe turned a struggling chain into a global empire.

Kroc didn’t profit from selling burgers. He profited from leasing land to franchisees which let him scale faster, buy more property, and build locations at a pace no one thought possible.

So what does that have to do with what we’re doing right now?

We just broke ground on our XSpace project in Houston on April 16th. Since then we've worked on:
✅ Site stripping & tree clearing
✅ Utility coordination
✅ Temporary water & power moving forward
