Praises:
~Two successful border crossings,
~No accidents, no breakdowns, no tickets :)
~Several teens saved and at least one adult.
~Multiple spiritual breakthroughs in churches and individuals. (We've heard several testimonies of lasting impact after the revival meeting was over)
Challenges:
~The Lord has been exposing personal insecurities, fears, and needs. He has so graciously dealt with me and grown me. Praise the Lord for his continual sanctifying.
Prayer Request:
~Emma is expecting our 4th child, due Dec 8 (a little boy).
~Safe pregnancy and delivery in Houston...not on the highway.
~A house in Houston to spend the winter in.
I serve a Risen (alive) Saviour! He is at work all around us and at work in us. I'm so thankful for that.
The Lord has been growing me this season in what my true identity is.
My identity is not "Preacher,"
or "Evangelist."
It is "A follower of Christ,"
"a Child of the King."
I want to continue to live out that simplicity and live to know and proclaim Jesus only.

A quick post to let people know what we're up to!
We spent our fall meetings in Texas, Tenneseee, Georgia, and Florida. We then stayed in Florida into December.
While we were down there, the Lord provided for us to replace our old trailer. We had discovered significant structural damage in the trailer. It had simply come to the end of its life and we'd been counseled to get rid of it.
After visiting several RV dealerships around the state, we found a trailer in Tampa that was perfect for our family. They accepted our old trailer on trade-in and gave us an incredible price. During our last meeting of the year, the church gave us a HUGE love offering! That offering gave us the final amount so we could buy the new trailer with cash.
We bought a 2025 Prime Time Sanibel by Forest River. It's a beautiful trailer! it's far nicer than we deserved, but the Lord is so kind!
We then flew to Maine for Christmas and spent about 2.5 weeks up there. It was good to be with family, even if we all got the stomach bug :)
We started the new year back in our favorite state - Texas. Winter is usually slow for us, but we had several meetings cancel for various reasons. That left us with only two scheduled meetings for all of Jan-March. After much prayer, we sensed the Lord wanted us to camp out in Houston. We've been trusting the Lord week to week and He has really provided in special ways. So far I've preached for 3 pastor in Houston and I have 3 more scheduled over the next two months in Texas and Louisiana. While we're here, we are getting involved at a church on the northwest side of the city.
Last week, Houston got hit with snow and cold, but we're back up in the 60's again. Don't you see why we love Texas?!
Thank you to those who pray for us. We need it continually. Will update soon.

It's been too long since I last posted, but I'll try and give an abbreviated update on our last 4 months.
After Gavin was born we headed south to escape the cold. We spent Thanksgiving in Fort Walton Beach, FL. We then drove to Louisiana where I spoke for a young adults retreat held at Southland Christian Camp. I didn't have anything else scheduled for the rest of December but the Lord opened up an opportunity to spend a couple weeks with a church in east Texas. We spent two weeks with Faith Baptist Church in kilore, TX and the Lord was all over it. We did some projects around the church, I preached a couple times, went to their Christmas party and spent many long breakfasts with the pastor. The Lord really knit our hearts to the church.
We spent Christmas in Waco with my grandfather and New Years in San Antonio with my sister and her family.
The first of the year we were in Cedar Hill doing a revival with Pastor Matt Wilkerson at Galilean Baptist Church. It was a very good week.
A cold front was forecasted to hit Texas with single digit temps so as soon as the meeting was over we raced for the gulf. We drove 4 hours south to Groves, TX where we hunkered down for about 4 days. When the temps came back up we drove to Houston and parked at Grace Baptist Church in Porter, TX. Pastor Paul was incredibly kind and gracious.
We then drove to Henderson, TX where I preached at West Main Baptist. The Lord gave us a very powerful Sunday with them. After the morning message the pastor opened up a time of honest sharing. Multiple people shared publicly their struggles and needs. We then gathered around for a time of prayer.
I then flew to PA for a Men's Retreat that the Lord was all over. For some reason I was utterly exhausted the entire weekend. Each service I felt so weary. The Lord lifted and several men gave testimony of the Spirit working deeply in their hearts.
I flew back to Texas for the 30th reunion at ALERT. We then started a revival back in Kilgore, TX.
The final two Sundays of February were spent in Vidor, TX. I preached for a church that was without a pastor and needed pulpit supply. We really enjoyed the time there. It was another 8 days that gave great evidence that the Lord was working in hearts.
We left Vidor Monday afternoon about 1:30pm and drove straight north to Wisconsin, arriving about 9:30am on Tuesday morning.
We'll be home for about 10 days, attending my brother-in-law's wedding in VA, then back out for our spring tour.
Many miles, many blessings. The Lord is so good.
The Lord has done a lot in our hearts over the last few months. Its been very exciting. More details to follow :)

He’s here!
Gavin Oswald Reed was born 11/8/23 at 2:32pm. It was quite a whirlwind delivery. Emma started having contractions at 11am, water broke at 1:15pm, we rushed to the birthing center and he was born at 2:32pm.
Emma and the little man are doing great!
Gavin means “God Sent” and Oswald means “Divine Power”. (Oswald is after Oswald Chambers - a preacher and writer that has significantly impacted me.)
So grateful to the Lord for another arrow to shape and send!
