🌊 As we approach the climax of hurricane season, many are preparing their homes and property for the worst. But have you prepared your trees?

⛈ The first and easiest step in making sure your trees are prepared for a storm is to inspect each of your trees for any obvious defects or faults, such as dead or dying limbs. If you spot any, act immediately and if you’re unsure, seek a certified arborist’s opinion. During this process, also check your yard and remove any debris that could be caught up and become a hazard.

🌳 Given adequate space and the right species for the region, most trees grow healthy and strong and should be able to endure most natural disasters they may face.

Open positions for ground crew for immediate hire. (On the job training, strong work ethic and ability to work in the summer heat)

Ground crew members assist with rigging, debris removal, operation of equipment and site cleanup.

Pay depending on level of experience and job performance. Starting pay $12-16/hr +bonus 50-60 hrs/week. Additional pay available for valid driver license.

Texas Tree Team is looking to hire a Sales Arborist with knowledge and experience in the tree care industry. The role of sales arborist is to provide consulting and tree care services to municipalities and property owners in the greater Houston region.

Responsibilities and Duties:
• Provide recommendations and estimates to residential and commercial clients
• Accurately estimate time and cost
• Follow up with clients
• Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care, hazard tree evaluation, integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices/ANSI Standards.

Requirements:
• Must have a valid Texas driver license with a good driving record.
• Sales/Estimating experience in the tree care industry.
• ISA Certified Arborist or desire to become certified.
• Must be able to work Monday – Friday.

Pay:
• Base plus commission ($65,000 – $100,000 +) depending on qualifications.
