August is Gastroparesis Awareness month.
In honor of our little fighter Alayna (Brittany's Daughter) we wanted to make sure we did our part in raising Awareness.
Did you know that Gastroparesis can actually occur due to things like Diabetes, Surgical Procedures or even more recently discovered that some of our most common weight loss medications can cause it. If caught early medication and dietary changes can be made to stop the progression of nerve/muscle paralysis of the stomach.
