Systems and software build off of each other but they aren’t necessarily interchangeable. Just because you have a good software doesn’t mean you automatically have a system. Depending how you want your operation to run, what holes or limitations there may be on the usage of the software, or a number of other variables, people with the same software can create a variety of unique systems based on how they choose to use it. VAs can be beneficial to your business, but they aren’t intended to fill all your operational holes.
