Do you know that you can eat up to 90g of protein while doing vegan keto? But how do you meet this target? You could eat lots of soya products like tofu or soya yoghurt…you could go with Beyond Meat or similar products…you can even add nutritional yeast and h**p seeds to your meals. Alternatively, if you don’t have the time and headspace for figuring out a protein source, you can blend a super low-carb vegan protein shake with almond milk, h**p and chai seeds and few berries on top. One glass contains 36.4g of protein :)

This is one of the quickest breakfast a busy person on the go can have. Cashew yoghurt, any berries frozen or fresh, blu berries or black berries and all that “seedy jazz”. 💕 if you aim for less carbs you can go for sugarfree soyjoghurt ☺️enjoy!
