EMS is growing and looking for an experienced Alarm Technician to join our team in the Dallas, TX area. This role is ideal for a skilled technician who is comfortable traveling and has a strong background across all aspects of alarm systems.

Strong knowledge of Intrusion systems
Experience with Data systems is a major plus
Ability and willingness to travel as needed

We’re hiring two Senior / Lead Low-Voltage Technicians to support a Target remodel in Bryant, Arkansas. This is a night-shift role inside an active retail environment, focused on Cat6, fiber, IP cameras, and speaker work. One tech will serve as the on-site lead.

What You’ll Do:
• Terminate & test Cat6 (jacks, patch panels, field terminations)
• Perform basic fiber terminations
• Install, relocate & focus IP cameras
• Move & re-hang speakers; verify zones
• Work from scissor lifts for overhead tasks
• Read floor plans/RCPS & maintain accurate counts
• Coordinate nightly goals with PM & Target team
• Leave areas clean & safe before store opening

Schedule:
• 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Sunday night – Thursday night
• ~40 hrs/week (OT possible)
• 6-month project + rollout work after

What We’re Looking For:
• 3+ years LV/structured cabling experience
• Strong Cat6 & fiber skills
• IP camera installation experience
• Comfortable on lifts & at height
• Reliable for consistent night-shift work
• Able to work independently & mentor others

Requirements: Reliable transportation, ability to pass required retail background checks, ability to lift 50+ lbs, steel-toe shoes, and basic LV tools.
