When you feel good you do good and in order to provide the best for my business I need to feel my best too! It’s genuinely such a blessing being able to move your body and challenge it to do things that make you feel better! Back in 2020 when quarantine hit I decided to start dropping some weight and I lost 45lbs from running in garbage bags everyday!😭 After I had lost the weight I had some tune ups with amazing doc and team! I still love pushing myself to maintain and challenge my body to see what it can do!💗🥰
