Next up is our Director of Recruitment and Retention, Karina! Her passion for helping others through the power of collective action makes her a key member of H4C. Karina is dedicated to empowering students to recognize their ability to create change and get involved in part of something bigger than themselves.

Her leadership is rooted in unity, service, and the belief that real change happens when we come together.
