Seeking Nominations of Outstanding Civilian Employers for NERE 2026!

Here's your chance to give back to the civilian employers who support you while you serve your nation. The U.S. Navy Reserve is excited to announce the 2026 Navy Employer Recognition Event (NERE), and we need you, our dedicated Selected Reserve (SELRES) Sailors, to nominate your supportive civilian employers.

Employer support is a vital part of our warfighting readiness, and the success of the Navy Reserve mission. NERE is our special way of saying "Thank You" to civilian employers for their incredible dedication to our nation's Citizen-Sailors.

Nominations can be submitted through the NERE nomination portal until February 16, 2026, at: https://forms.osi.apps.mil/r/HYBAtF5Zv2

- Only non-government, civilian companies are eligible.

- Resubmission of unselected nominations is encouraged.
