Not saying how far we are out or what show. You will just see the stage pics and some workout routines along the way.

Been learning a lot everyday. Went to my first bodybuilding show this weekend. Got me more excited for my show debut. And made me realize you need a damn good coach in this industry to WIN. And make a name out here.

Get a good coach do what they say and execute. Brandon is taking the reigns and I’m taking my brain out of it stopping all the over thinking and over analyzing and do what I’m told.

Blessed to have take over and run the company and allow me to dedicate my full time towards accomplishing my dreams and goals of becoming pro. Could not accomplish 1/8th of what I have so far with out .
