It's that time of year! Every year I make a cheesecake for my boyfriend for his birthday.
Graham cracker crust topped with a whipped cream cheese frosting and Strawberries 😍

I've been experimenting in the kitchen this week. I just made a Labneh cheesecake with a ganola crust, honey whipped cream, fig spread and whipped honey. It's like a yogurt and granola cheesecake, I've very please with the results.
I also made a blueberry cobbler with browned butter corn cookie topping, yum! 😋
