✔ Talk about your products/services often
✔ Remind people how to buy from you

Most small businesses don’t fail because their product isn’t good—they fail because people forget they exist.

Consistency builds trust, familiarity, and sales over time.

Make It Easy to Buy From You

If customers have to hunt for information, they won’t buy.

Ask yourself:
• Is my pricing clear?
• Is my website or order process simple?
• Do I clearly state turnaround times?
• Do I remind people where to shop or how to order?

Confused customers don’t convert—but clear businesses do.
Simplify your processes, repeat key info often, and remove as many barriers as possible between your customer and checkout.

i would never wish for another 9/11 or anything similar but i miss the version of America that we saw on 9/12. stores ran out of flags to sell because they were being flown everywhere, people were AMERICAN before they were Republican or Democrat, Catholic, Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Atheist, etc. we hugged and cried with folks regardless of where they ate, what they wore, or their societal status.

on 9/12, what united us mattered more than what divided us. love thy neighbor regardless of political, religious, or ideological beliefs. God Bless the United States of America. 🇺🇸🫶🏻
