I'm utterly shocked by the billing practices of other providers and facilities.
Utterly.
Shocked.
Are other people just totally unaffected by their patients?
Or are you not scared of CMS? Or insurance fraud?
Or going to hell?? 😒
I don't know why I am the way I am, such a rigid rule follower, or why I will kill myself to avoid an error, but if/when I do make an error, I will be damn sure to err in FAVOR of my patients.

But that's the exact opposite of how things are going everywhere; I have to think that maybe it's time to buy lotto tickets because I am obviously not holding up in the modern approach to medicine. I'm so lucky to be a part of the practice I have been in, which shares my values. I don't think I would have lasted long in some of these MD/PA mills. No…. Not long 🥲
