Pre to Post Transplant Foundation

This year, Pre to Post Transplant Foundation was not at the Transplant Games of America as a vendor, but we were still proudly represented by members of our board who attended, competed, cheered, connected, and celebrated alongside the transplant community.

We were also proud to represent Team Texas and celebrate with so many incredible athletes, donor families, living donors, caregivers, recipients, and supporters.

A special part of the week was having Monica there sharing Jordan’s Rocks with the transplant community. These rocks continue to be such a meaningful reminder of love, encouragement, and connection.

We are also excited to share that a couple of our board members competed and brought home gold medals! What an incredible reminder of what life after transplant can look like.

The Transplant Games are so much more than competition. They represent strength, second chances, donor heroes, donor families, caregivers, living donors, recipients, and the beautiful community that comes together because of the gift of life.

This year was also one for the history books. The Transplant Games set a Guinness World Record, and Pre to Post was proud to be part of that moment.

We love everything the Transplant Games stands for, and we are already looking forward to being there in 2028!
