No car wreck, no fall, no poison injected? I had to pray for an answer, and he told me one day. It's your diet, stress, people you surround yourself with. So I began to cut ties with fake individuals in my life. He said what about your diet? STOP indulging in what taste good, but isn't good for you. What about stress, from everyday living?
