Terris Gray, RN is the Founder/CEO of Coz Fate HHA.

“I realized the need for personalized patient care, after caring for patients at the bedside for 15 years, I decided to seek out a personal and unique set of standards that is patient/family oriented. My long-term goal is to ensure patients and families are cared for at a higher level and for patients to have a positive experience with their health care needs with a compassionate and loving care team and in the comfort of their home.”
