Next Friday! If youâre new to PC UNPLUGGED, itâs an open floor discussion and it is literally always đĽ
This is a space for honest dialogue about the things weâre actually thinking about and donât always have the space to talk about.
How the night works:
When you arrive, youâll write a question or topic on a piece of paper. We place them all in a bucket and throughout the night weâll pull questions and open the floor for discussion.
The room helps decide which conversations we lean into, so the direction of the night is shaped by the people who are there. Iâll help moderate and facilitate the conversation as we hear different perspectives.
Here are a few things on my mind right now:
⢠What do you feel God is saying to the church and believers during these times of global tension? Do you have a personal revelation?
⢠Faith vs culture: Where should we draw the line?
⢠Cancel culture: When is accountability necessary, and when does it go too far? When is it appropriate to speak up if we see, or think we see, a leader doing wrong? And who should be doing the correcting?
UNPLUGGED is about thoughtful conversation. A space where we can ask real questions, hear different perspectives, and engage with one another respectfully.
Come ready to share, think and listen. Counting down!

We live in a consumer culture, and âcommunityâ is quickly becoming a buzzword. Itâs easy to evaluate it like a product:
Did it meet my needs? Did I feel included? Did it serve me?
But meaningful community asks questions like: Did I introduce myself? Did I follow up? Did I lean in even when I wasnât immediately comfortable?
Attending is one level. Participating is another. Belonging and being part of the mission is even deeper.
