Namma Partner is excited to share that we have closed on the purchase of Miramar Apartments, a 143-unit multifamily property in the SW Houston just a few minutes from West Chase District.

We are very grateful to our passive investors and supporters for placing their trust in us. We also want to thank Derek Fasulo & Travis Fincher from CBRE for helping us through the hurdles.

Our business plan is to renovate unit interiors and clean up the exterior. We are excited to hit the ground running to grow this community and give our residents the lifestyle they deserve!
