I had the honor of speaking to a Senior class at an HISD college preparatory school (East Early College High School) about Real Estate Investing and what it's like to run a Real Estate Investment Company. The school is located on the East End of Houston, which is near my first multifamily acquisition. It was gratifying to give back to the community and share that real estate is fun and dynamic and should be apart of everyone's financial portfolio. I hope I spawned a little curiosity and more importantly, gave them a few laughs with my presentation!
