Positions available for front desk for dry cleaner in the Memorial Area.

The front desk person is responsible for:
• Greeting customers
• Entering orders and tagging clothes
• Answering the telephone customer inquiries
• Providing exceptional customer service
• Performing quality checks

Requirements:
• Computer skills required
• Good communication skills are a must
• Outgoing, friendly, and professional
• Customer service experience is a plus
• Laundry knowledge is a plus but training is provided

Part time hours or full time hours available for front desk personnel. Available hours are between 7am - 1pm and 1pm - 7pm Monday through Friday and Saturday 8am - 4pm. English is required for front desk position.
