Part 1 - how we prep for a setup

We do as much as we can at home, like building most of the balloon garland (just not adding the foil balloons yet).

One of the most important steps is applying the vinyl decals to the backdrop ahead of time. Since our backdrop is hollow and uses a spandex cover, we have to lay it flat on the floor to apply everything properly. Because this setup is outdoors, we wouldn’t be able to do that on-site so prepping in advance saves us so much time on event day.
